  1. To overcome the inertia of obsolete habits that keeps you trapped in patterns and decisions that no longer serve your best interest, causing you to feel like you're not in control of your own life.
  2. To gain so much skill in modifying your habits that you can successfully change a number of them simultaneously, giving you the extra advantage of having habits which are aligned toward the same goals.
  3. To master the meditations and exercises that you practice by experiencing them every day for a month, thereby applying them to many different facets of your life and learning to discern when it is useful to use them.
